TERMS & CONDITIONS
We require 50% down or $75.00 down before project is started. This pays for one hour of design time and will be applied to the final project. Set up fees will not be refunded, as it pays for time spent on initial set up or design. Additional charges will occur if more time is spent on set up and design, and once the project is completed if no changes are made, no charges will occur in the future if using same artwork. Additional charges applied after initial set up and design may be printing, material use or labor charges. The initial down payment includes a one time design with a proof shown to you through e-mail or here at the shop. The artwork is then backed up on a disc an external hard drive and the original hard drive to use for any future projects you may have. If the artwork is then changed in the future additional set up and design fees will be applied as neccesary.
